With this special booking, you'll get a private soundbath, Akashik Cards, tea, plus an aromatherapy to take home with you, treat yourself to something truly special. A private soundbath is a deeper experience than a group, Josephine works specifically with you as an individual, your energy, for example, what's stuck, what needs support and where to create space, held at Josephine’s beautiful home studio. Cancellation Policy
Firstly, please make sure you’ve filled out the pre-healing booking form. This is vital for you to attend, it will take a minute to complete. https://www.echoyogaandsound.com/eventbookingform CHECK YOUR BOOKING email receipt FOR TIME AND DATE. If you need to move your booking, let Josephine know as soon as you can. Please insure you have read the T&C’s in regards to your rights, refund and booking. Getting here: Echo Home Studio, 18 Strone Court, Wallace Avenue, BN11 5RD Parking is free on the road outside the building. What To Bring: • Come in clothes you are very comfortable in, some layers if needed for relaxation. The Session. • Is held in Josephine's small studio at Echo. Please read the instructions below so you know where to go. Please keep in mind the flat is up 2 flights of stairs. • The bed is often set up on a raised thick mattress with blankets, bolster, pillows and an eye mask. If you attending a 2-person Soundbath or more, you will be set up on the floor over very comfortable floor mattresses, blankets etc. Please let Josephine know if you struggle to get up or down from the floor. • The session runs for time state when booked. Please knock and wait to be let in, as the session are booked on a rota, you can wait in the porch where there's a small stool. • If you get lost, please message me, I might not be able to pick up a call if I’m with a client. • Please ensure your phone is turned off or on airplane more with no alarms set during the session.
